Both the Roku Streambar and Streambar Pro soundbars match their lowest prices ever. The 14-inch Roku Streambar (perfect for smaller entertainment setups) usually retails for $129.99, but is on sale now at Amazon and Best Buy for $99.99. The larger 32-inch Streambar Pro with more powerful sound costs $149.99 from the usual $179.99 at both Amazon and Best Buy†
While these soundbars have some differences, they all come with the Roku operating system baked in and 4K HDR playback, meaning they act as competent streaming devices, not just soundbars, and are a great way to display devices in your living room. consolidate. They certainly aren’t the largest or most powerful soundbars on the market, but since a Roku Streaming Stick typically costs $49.99, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better soundbar with these features for under $100.
Both models are wall-mountable and connect to your display of choice via an HDMI ARC port or optical audio. It’s also worth noting that both models work well with Google Assistant and Alexa voice assistants with the microphone built into the included remote.
The main area that sets their awards apart is performance. The standard Streambar model uses four 1.9-inch speakers, which is enough for smaller rooms, but can be difficult to fill a larger space. If you need something with a little more power, the Streambar Pro uses four 2.5-inch speakers and the more capable hardware supports virtual surround sound. The Roku ecosystem is also compatible with: Roku’s Wireless Satellite Speakers and subwoofers (each sold separately) if you find the sound is still missing.
The 44mm configuration of the Apple Watch SE normally costs $309, but is currently on something of a fire sale at walmart for $209† The GPS and Wi-Fi ready model of this smartwatch includes many of the features of the Apple Watch Series 6, but at a more affordable price. Note that this particular discount only applies to the silver aluminum watch with a blue sport band, but you can always change the band later.
The SE largely does what you’d expect from an Apple-branded smartwatch† It is able to deliver notifications, use Apple Pay for contactless payments, and track fitness stats, among several other useful features. But to keep the price point more accessible, the SE does away with some of the features from the Series 6 and Series 7, including an always-on display and ECG and blood oxygen monitoring. While it may lack those advanced features, the SE handles the basics remarkably well. Read our review†
For today only, Best Buy has discounted the Gigabyte Aero 16. This configuration normally costs $2,349.99, but is currently on sale for $1,599.99† All the specs I’m about to describe are really impressive considering today’s price. It has a 16-inch screen with a resolution of 3840 x 2400 (16:10 aspect ratio). Some of the other highlights of this build include an Intel Core i7-12700H CPU and an Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card that allows this laptop to easily bypass the recommended specs of most modern games. These robust specs are complemented by 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD.
This sale helps alleviate one of the biggest pain points we initially had with the Aero 16, which is the price. It’s important to note, however, that despite its impressive power and display, the battery doesn’t last too long away from a power outlet and the fans can get loud under heavy loads.
