The Awards for Digital Technology Leaders occupy a special place among computer use events. Rather than platforms and tools, this event is dedicated to the companies and employees pushing technology forward at the forefront of IT.
One of this year’s finalists – hoping for a win at the live ceremony in London on July 6 – is Godel Technologies, in the running for mobile project of the year.
We spoke with Artsiom Seliuzhytski, Senior Software Engineer at Godel, about what makes the company different from its competitors.
computing: Give some background on Godel for our readers – what are you all about?
Artsiom Seliuzhytsky: Godel Technologies, headquartered in Manchester, offers fully managed software engineering solutions for cloud, data, agile consulting, quality assurance and automation through European delivery centers. Godel partners with some of the UK’s most innovative companies to meet their growing demands and provide an edge in tech skills, while bridging an increasingly disruptive tech skills gap.
In 2017, Godel joined forces with Reed.co.uk to help increase capacity, flexibility and resources across different areas of the business to improve the overall experience for Reed.co.uk’s customers. Reed.co.uk is one of the UK’s leading career marketplaces, connecting people to a world of online career opportunities.
CTG: What makes you different from other technology companies?
AS: There are many things that make Godel different, but the most important to me is that Godel really cares about his employees and customers and builds strong, long-lasting relationships from the start.
We truly believe that one of our primary goals is to maintain our business ethic and quality as we continue to grow. Every employee at Godel is a valuable part of the company, and we can only be successful by upholding our values above all else.
CTG: What achievement of the company over the past 12 months are you most proud of?
AS: At Godel, we are extremely proud that we have supported our customers in adapting and overcoming challenges during the pandemic and that they have continued to succeed over the past 12 months. The demand to keep people connected in recent years has meant that the need for technology is greater than ever and we’ve seen businesses evolve digitally to keep up with the increased pressure.
Of course we are also delighted to be nominated for this brilliant award. As part of the Godel/Reed.co.uk team, it is worthwhile for us to be recognized in the ‘Mobile Project of the Year’ category as it reflects the long-standing hard work and positive culture within our teams.
CTG: What are you working on this year?
AS: This year Godel is pleased to celebrate its 20th anniversary, which represents two decades of excellence. Our talented technology teams will continue to provide customers with a world-class solution that helps us continue to grow as a company.
We are constantly focused on delivering mission-critical solutions to our customers and helping them achieve their ambitious goals. We’ve also set up some really exciting new projects with our long-term customers to help scale and modernize their technology capabilities at a rapid pace.
